Terms and conditions of Device purchase
  • prices of purchased products are subject to change according to market fluctuations, hence and before proceeding with your request, please consider that the prices are determined at the time of the actual payment.

  • In order to enable Orange to fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions, the relevant laws and licenses, the Customer unconditionally agrees that the Company will collect, process or store the Customer's data or personal information, including the data provided by the Customer upon accepting these terms and conditions, the data collected as a result of the use of the Services for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these terms and conditions, the provision and continuity of the Service, for financial accounting purposes, or for the development of the Service and Products provided by the Company, as well as for the purpose of complying with the relevant laws. The Company shall have the right to determine the period of retention of such data which enables the company to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.

Payment methods: Cash on delivery
  • Orders are processed during working days from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm except public holidays.

Card electronic payment

  • The customer is solely responsible for any use of the credit card and therefore bears all legal and material consequences.
  • The customer acknowledges that he/she is the official card holder of the credit card used in the purchase process, and Orange has the right to reject any application submitted or not delivered after acceptance, if the customer does not match the data of the debit or credit card holder.
  • Delivery shall be in person.

Replacement and Return Policy
  • The customer is obliged to provide the original sales invoice.
  • Any customer shall be entitled to Return any purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase only in the case that the seal of the package in the original condition.
  • Within 30 days in case of apparent malfunction of the product sold due to manufacturing defects according to the company's evaluation.
  • The refund method shall be the same as the payment method, or by replacing the item sold with another item with the same value within 10 days from the date of the customer's visit to the branch and submitting a refund request.
  • In all cases, replacement and return through Orange branches with the customer bear the cost of shipping assigned by the company in the event that the return or replacement for any reason other than the causes of industrial defects.
  • Any purchase order placed by the customer shall be subject to the available quantities of the product, even if the company has accepted the purchased order which is submitted by the Customer.
  • The Shipment for any of your accepted purchase orders are going to be delivered within 3 working days for Cairo and Giza and within 9 working days for the rest of the Egyptian governorates.
  • Neither Party shall be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in performance or non-performance of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that such delay or non-performance arises solely to any Force Majeure event which shall has been notified to the other Party; in this case, the duration of the implementation of the obligation concerned shall be extended accordingly.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Egyptian laws and any disputes arises from those terms and conditions going to be settled by the Egyptian courts.
