- PREMIER Home DSL Discount Terms & Conditions:
- Based on your PREMIER rate plan, you will have a discount or free Home DSL /Home 4G subscription, with an option to upgrade to a higher package and only pay the difference.
- If you are a postpaid customer, contact your customer service number to migrate to PREMIER.
- If you are a prepaid/Control customer, visit the nearest Orange shop.
- Discount doesn’t include router price ( Home DSL / Home 4G )
- Discount doesn’t include sim card fees for Home 4G

Keep Roaming with Orange Passport service:

- In case of subscription to Orange Passport with no roaming bucket,

- Eagle: a monthly bucket will be added (only charged while roaming)
- Added buckets can be changed through My Orange
- For Data Roaming, customer must opt-in the free bucket through MyOrange or #100*4*2 before traveling

- PREMIER free international minutes do not apply to the following list of countries:

- Adding Air Miles on Egypt Air Frequent flyer card:
- Premier 1000 customers can choose between the current annual vouchers or Egypt air miles.
- Miles are added on Egypt Air Frequent flyer card of the customer through calling the customer service.
- Miles expires after 3 years of adding it on the card.
